CSL, the pioneer in the Call Centre industry in Mauritius started its operations in 1999 and till date has a total number of 467 seats in Mauritius.
In 2015, following an increasing demand for its services, CSL has set up a 100-seat contact centre, CSL Madagascar, in Antananarivo, the capital city of Madagascar.
Expanding in Madagascar is for CSL synonymous with tapping into the large availability of French speaking skilled labour in the island.
CSL Mauritius and Madagascar are now fully geared to serve its clients with 567 working seats on a 24/7 basis.
