CSL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MT (Mauritius Telecom), is a fast growing, high-tech and innovative contact centre and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service provider.

Established in 1999, CSL was the pioneer in contact centre in Mauritius. It took over the task of providing telephonic assistance for MT customers looking for an individual or company listed in the telephone directory via the telephonic assistance hotline ‘150’.

Whilst MT remains one of CSL’s major customers, the company has grown organically with customers in sectors such as telecom, telephone-betting operators, utility companies, financial institutions, market research companies and government bodies.

Today, the company has broadened its activities and now offers a full range of contact centre and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services to the local and international markets.

CSL is one of the largest employers in the ICT-BPO segment in Mauritius with 727 full time employees and 570 positions and operates on a 24/7 basis. The workforce are bilingual, speaking standard French and English and have expertise in the domain.

CSL is certified in ISO 9001 and COPC (Customer Operations Performance Centre) since June 2005 and March 2016 respectively and is one of the two contact centres in MEA (Middle East & African) region to be COPC certified.
