Our partners can rely on the long expertise that CSL BPO Services has acquired while handling the helpdesk of the fixed line, mobile and Internet services of the Mauritius Telecom Group. Initially serving as an in-house call centre for Mauritius Telecom Group, CSL has now grown organically with customers in sectors like telecom operators, online betting, utility companies, financial institutions, market research and government bodies. 

CSL BPO Services is an ISO certified company since June 2005 and the 1st call centre in Mauritius to obtain the NF 345 (Normalisation Française) "Customer Relations Service Center" certification in March 2013.
