Job Profile: Customer Service Agent (Full Time)

 

The Customer Service Agent shall advise and provide commercial and technical support to customers while ensuring an excellent quality of service.

Main duties:

 

  • Responsible for providing assistance for our inbound and outbound services.
  • Provide front line support to end users over the phone, through emails and other relevant channels
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and commercial issues while ensuring an excellent quality of service to our customers.
  • Answer and initiate customer calls, respond to customer needs in a professional, service-oriented manner and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by seeking first call resolution.

Desired Profile & Experience:

  • At least a School Certificate with (1) year experience in customer service environment
  • A Higher School Certificate will be a definite advantage
  • Excellent spoken & written communication skills in both English and French
  • Conversant and up to date with the latest developments in ICT
  • Ready to work on a round the clock shift roster including Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Customer focused
  • Fully computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, internet)
