Job Profile:

The Customer Service Agent shall advise and provide commercial and technical support to customers while ensuring an excellent quality of service.

Main duties:

  • Responsible for providing assistance for our inbound and outbound services.
  • Provide front line support to end users over the phone, through emails and other relevant channels
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and commercial issues while ensuring an excellent quality of service to our customers.
  • Answer and initiate customer calls, respond to customer needs in a professional, service-oriented manner and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by seeking first call resolution.

Desired Profile & Experience:

  • Have at least a Higher School Certificate
  • Have excellent spoken & written communication skills in both English and French
  • One (1) year experience in a customer service environment will be an advantage
  • Be up to date with the latest development in ICT
  • Be available to work at irregular hours/on a round the clock shift roster covering Sundays and other Public Holidays
  • Be customer focused
  • Be fully computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, internet)
