Job Profile:
The Customer Service Agent shall advise and provide commercial and technical support to customers while ensuring an excellent quality of service.
Main duties:
- Responsible for providing assistance for our inbound and outbound services.
- Provide front line support to end users over the phone, through emails and other relevant channels
- Diagnose and resolve technical and commercial issues while ensuring an excellent quality of service to our customers.
- Answer and initiate customer calls, respond to customer needs in a professional, service-oriented manner and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by seeking first call resolution.
Desired Profile & Experience:
- Have at least a Higher School Certificate
- Have excellent spoken & written communication skills in both English and French
- One (1) year experience in a customer service environment will be an advantage
- Be up to date with the latest development in ICT
- Be available to work at irregular hours/on a round the clock shift roster covering Sundays and other Public Holidays
- Be customer focused
- Be fully computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, internet)
