Job Profile: Customer Service Agent (Full Time)

The Customer Service Agent shall advise and provide commercial and technical support to customers while ensuring an excellent quality of service.
Main duties:
- Responsible for providing assistance for our inbound and outbound services.
- Provide front line support to end users over the phone, through emails and other relevant channels
- Diagnose and resolve technical and commercial issues while ensuring an excellent quality of service to our customers.
- Answer and initiate customer calls, respond to customer needs in a professional, service-oriented manner and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by seeking first call resolution.
Desired Profile & Experience:
- At least a School Certificate with (1) year experience in customer service environment
- A Higher School Certificate will be a definite advantage
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in both English and French
- Conversant and up to date with the latest developments in ICT
- Ready to work on a round the clock shift roster including Sundays and Public Holidays
- Customer focused
- Fully computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, internet)
